Ms. Sonal Pinto is the Director at Ryan International Group of Institutions, the largest privately held K12 chain of schools in India. She is a Postgraduate in Education Management and is a Diploma Holder in Early Childhood Teacher Education. She has also completed her Indian Education Leader’s Programme (EdLeap) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. It is a leadership programme for educators and academic professionals which attempts to build and enhance the leadership capacity and management know- how across school educators and academic professionals in India and at international level. As a seasoned educator, she has extensive experience for over 20 years in curriculum assessments design and management across various state, national and international boards. She specializes in Early Childhood Education and Cambridge Assessments relentlessly evolving the curriculum design for the group. She received the “Centre of the Year Award” for Ryan Global School, Kharghar for high performance from Cambridge Assessments. She’s involved in launching the Shalom brand of pre-schools within the Ryan Group of Institutions. As a highly enthusiastic educator, understanding the diverse learner types, she ensures that each student’s unique academic needs are met.
