Sanah Batta is an Advocate and Educator. She completed her graduation in law from O.P. Jindal Law School, India, and a Masters in law. Sanah started her practice with a Senior Advocate of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and then moved on to join one of India’s leading law firms, Desai & Diwanji, in their Gurgaon office. She practiced as an Advocate for a few years, however, for the love of education, decided to enter academia. Sanah currently teaches Legal Studies at Bloom Public School, New Delhi, India, and is also the Legal Advisor for the school. As the Legal Advisor, she advises and assists the school on various issues such as employment matters, labor concerns, compliances, student safety, communication with governmental authorities, etc. Further, in her capacity as the Legal Advisor, she conducts teacher training on various child protection laws and legal awareness programmes for students. She is a member of various committees in the school such as the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Committee, School Safety Committee, Internal Committee, Anti-Bullying Committee, Anti-Tobacco Committee, and School Inclusion Committee. Sanah is also a Resource Person for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) which conducts the National school leaving examinations in India.
